Rogers Canada ruins iPhone dreams of thousands.

Everyone would like to say “NO THANKS” to Rogers/Fido for screwing our iPhone Canadian dream with poor data/voice plans.

If you consider these plans not suitable, please sign this petition. On July 11th 2008, we will send a printed copy of all these messages to Rogers HQ to demonstrate our indignation toward them. We would like to say “Thank You, You” for signing this petition and helping the iPhone cause in Canada.

Amjad Islam Amjad sahib’s official website

Friends,

We are currently in the process of developing Amjad Islam Amjad sahib’s official website. In the past, I have often talked to Amjad sahib about the lovely images that our group members have created for his poetry. We would like to include these images in the official website.

I have Nadia’s (chaandni) permission to forward her images and use them as needed. I would really appreciate if the other members contribute too. Of course, everyone will be given credit for their respective images. I will be more than happy to answer any related questions in this thread, or via PM.

I would like to add that this will be the only official website of Amjad sahib and he is/will be fully involved in it at all stages.

If you want to send your images as email attachments, please send them directly to imbibians@yahoo.com. This is the email address of Mr Mohammed Faheem, a close friend of mine, who has also met Amjad sahib a few times. Mr Faheem is developing the site. As you can probably guess, I am not much help with the web development part of the project. I am merely acting as a liaison/ poetry consultant, and generally ‘bossing around’ Mr Faheem, telling him he is too slow!
